Aurora Housing Authority is committed to upholding the integrity of the programs and services we offer to our community. We care about your well being and safety. Please do not hesitate to report any type of program abuse, waste, fraud, or suspected criminal activity.

What types of grievances should I report?

Housing Fraud: Any violation to a lease, family obligations, regulations or other program requirements.

Criminal Activity: Any time a law is violated, including criminal or drug activity.

Customer Service: Suspicions of misconduct that involves AHA employees, contractors, vendors, or residents.

Information needed when filing a grievance.

Please provide as much information as possible about the details of the incident, the suspected person, and the victim so that we can serve you better.
